🇦🇺 Australian Returns

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition.

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Excluded from returns:

    • Gift cards and e‑gift cards

    • Special offers, outlet or final sale items

    • Personalised or customised items

    • Hampers, bodysuits, made‑to‑order robes, and lingerie (bras and knickers)

  • Items that have been previously exchanged are eligible for store credit only.

  • Orders over $500 incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Returns shipped after 7 days will be processed as store credit only.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


🌏 International Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The same exclusions apply: personalised/custom items, outlet or sale items, and lingerie are final sale.

  • A DHL return label will be provided; return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

  • Orders over $500 incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Returns shipped after 7 days will be processed as store credit only.
